Who is Thomas Lui 

Crowned as one of Hong Kong's most awarded and celebrated pastry chefs, here comes to the chance peeking into Thomas' world of pastry art.

Chef Thomas has an extensive 20-year international industry experience as the executive pastry chef, working at 5-star hotels, namely JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Miramar Group International Hotel Management, Nikko Hotel, New World Hotel Hong Kong,….

Chef Thomas' philosophy is all about quality, fresh ingredients, authentic tastes and lots of love for the products he creates. “Do what you love and love what you do”
Chef Thomas is a patient and dedicated trainer. He can teach you how to make and design your own pastries.

Interested in sharpening your skills

In the classes, Chef Thomas will focus on a specific patisserie subject and teach you important techniques and skills. You'll help produce your own masterpiece and learn new skills as you watch just right before your eyes.

The sophistication of Thomas’ pastry not only his creativity presentations, but also the combination of skills and flavours he use in each recipe. During the class, he will share his steps of creative process with the participants and his sources of inspiration to create and his recipes.

 

Come discover the power of the class, as you learn how to artfully and thoughtfully apply a few basic patisserie skills for creation.

How will we do it

To captivate the maximum innovative knowledge, the course is based on the observing Chef Thomas carrying out the recipes and steps.  The most important part is you

will reproduce each of the necessary steps, follow the techniques, and be in charge of the finishing touches.
Our courses are limited to a maximum of 8 participants which allows Thomas to give each participant personal attention in a convivial, warm atmosphere.
